This page contains frequently asked questions and information we hope that will help troubleshoot issues you are having with mace web mail service Many issues can be resolved by clearing your browser cache, refreshing your browser, and then signing back on to Mace webmail if you are having a problem, we recommend you try that as the first step in troubleshooting.

Is mace webmail free to use?

Yes, it is free to use mace webmail, but you should be an active member (student/faculty or office staff) of Muslim Association College of Engineering.


How do I change the email address associated with my mace mail ID?

1. Online / Written application to be submitted to mccadmin@macev.org
2. Application should contain existing mail id and required mail id.
3. You can change your mail id twice only.
4. After creating new mail id, you will informed with password in to existing mail.


How do I change my mace webmail password?

1. Log into mace webmail with your ID.
2. Click settings at the top of the mace webmail.
3. Click account settings.
4. Enter your new password.
5. Confirm your new password in confirm password. Note: If new password and confirm password do not match, confirm password will show a red border.
6. Enter your current password and click Submit.


How secure is mace webmail?

We take the privacy and security of our users very seriously. We ask for personal data only when we think it's absolutely necessary to provide you the best experience possible. Mace web mail features Google apps (world’s most secure and largest mail service).


I can't sign into mace webmail

There are a number of reasons you may have trouble signing in. Please check the following:
1. Check your network connection.
2. Make sure your username and password for the particular network you are accessing are correct and match.
3. You may have logged into a network and not been properly logged out…wait about 5-10 minutes and try again.
4. Try using another browser.
